This grip faced interface pad is a medium density pad.  It is 5 inches in diameter, has multiple holes, and works Abranet abrasives.

The 5 mm thick multi interface pad is used in combination with hook & loop sanding discs for sanding rounded surfaces and contours, with Mirka's net products. Using the multi interface pad will also produce a softer result. The multi Interface pad is placed between the backing pad and the sanding disc.
